The Role
You’ll lead and inspire a talented design team, set the creative vision for client projects, and ensure world-class design execution across every deliverable. This role blends creative leadership with hands-on direction—collaborating with senior clients, managing a team of designers, and shaping work that makes an impact at scale.

- Lead the creative vision and design excellence across all client projects.
- Mentor, inspire, and grow a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Partner with clients at the highest level—understanding their needs, shaping strategies, and presenting bold creative solutions.
- Oversee concept development, design execution, and delivery for large-scale, high-profile projects.
- Ensure every piece of work meets the highest standards of craft, innovation, and brand impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, cutting-edge thinking to the team.
- Contribute to the growth of Wayfinders by attracting top creative talent and elevating our reputation in the industry.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in senior creative or design leadership roles. Ideally with some experience in designing for the built environment (Signage, graphics etc.)
- Proven experience leading design teams and delivering large-scale projects for top brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-profile, multidisciplinary work across branding, digital, and experiential design.
- Exceptional client-facing skills—comfortable presenting to and advising senior stakeholders.
- A balance of strategic vision and hands-on creative direction.
- Collaborative, inspiring leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
