About the Role: Lead bold ideas that shape culture We’re looking for an ambitious Creative Director to join DRUM’s leadership team on an 8 month FTC and lead our exceptional creative department. This is your chance to create original, innovative & culturally-led ideas for DRUM and its clients - ideas that deliver impact where ads can't. You’ll drive the creative vision forward, delivering standout, shareable campaigns that make people want to tune in—whether it’s an original documentary series with Bloomberg, a comedy AFP pitch to Channel 4, an experiential activation that grabs headlines, or gaming innovation - our work puts brands at the heart of culture. No two weeks are the same, so you’ll need to be on top of trends, from mainstream to avant-garde. As a hands-on creative leader, you’ll champion craft, mentor a talented team, and push ideas beyond expectations—even on tight budgets. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, solve problems on the fly, and confidently present big ideas to clients.
