OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director to lead the design vision and oversee the successful planning and delivery of projects for our New York Studio. This hybrid role combines high-level creative leadership with strong project oversight across all phases—from concept to implementation. You will collaborate with partners, principals, designers, and clients on a wide range of built environment projects, including signage, wayfinding, and experiential graphic design (EGD).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in experiential graphic design, wayfinding, or related disciplines.
• Proven project management experience within the built environment.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing leadership in strategy, concept, and execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with construction processes and contract administration is an asset.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a professional design consultancy or multidisciplinary studio preferred.
