No matter what creative path you took to become a Creative Director, or if you’re an ACD who can point to a proven track record and is ready to make the jump, let’s talk RESPONSIBILITIES ● In partnership with a senior creative leader, lead and motivate the creative team, encouraging talent development and effective project supervision. ● Drive cross-disciplinary teams to ideate and execute culturally resonant solutions, proactively collaborating across departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. ● Direct projects from inception to completion, focusing on creating content that connects and resonates. ● Live by and maintain high standards of excellence ● Focus on strengthening bonds and deepening trust with clients at every interaction  ● Maintain a comprehensive understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing strategies, and emerging trends. REQUIREMENTS ● Strong leadership capabilities, proficient in mentoring and guiding creative teams ● Dynamic ability to present work, both internally and externally, and a deep understanding of how to curate and communicate big ideas in decks that lead directly to wins ● Innovative and creative thinker with expertise in advertising, branding, digital marketing, long and shortform video (esp.TV spots and  trailers) and interactive design. ● Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying complex ideas and creative visions in both verbal and written forms. ● Rapid problem-solving and swift decision-making abilities. ● A hands-on creative approach, actively engaging in ideating,  design and execution to lead by example. ● Expertise in social media marketing, attuned to cultural trends, and committed to consumer-first strategies. ● Ability to manage multiple projects, adapting to varying priorities in a dynamic environment. ● Willingness to roll up your sleeves and embrace the player/coach mentality
