• 🎯 What you’ll be doingLead and develop innovative, concept-driven advertising campaigns
• Shape creative direction across digital, social and integrated formats
• Work closely with creative agencies and internal stakeholders
• Review and elevate creative work to a high standard
• Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and hyperlocal to Brazil
• Present and defend creative recommendations with senior stakeholders
• Use AI/GenAI tools to enhance creative ideation, production and workflow
• Identify creative opportunities and proactively improve the campaign pipeline
