JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a Creative Director to lead our multidisciplinary creative and development teams across UI/UX, Motion Design, Videography, Graphics, Frontend and Backend Product Experience. This role collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions and Marketing to deliver design-led, high-performance experiences across all platforms.

SKILLS

  • Strong leadership in both creative and engineering environment
  • Deep expertise in UI/UX design, motion storytelling, branding, and product experience
  • Experience with video editing (Premiere, DaVinci), 3D/motion pipelines
  • Hands-on understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects) and dev tools (Git, CI/CD, DevOps)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment across business and tech
  • Strong decision-making under pressure with a growth and innovation mindset
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic direction of all creative and development teams including UI/UX, frontend, backend, motion, video, and branding
  • Manage and mentor a team of 80+ across product design, engineering, and creative operations
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions and Marketing for unified creative and technical execution
  • Define and optimize frontend and backend experience standards across digital products
  • Oversee scalable design systems, design-to-code workflows, and creative governance practices
  • Ensure seamless integration of creative design with frontend and backend implementation
  • Translate product goals into inspiring and technically sound creative executionDrive innovation in user interaction, animations, and performance across all digital touchpoints
  • Lead technical and visual UI/UX audits and introduce improvements in usability andperformance
  • Align development sprints with creative output for faster go-to-market
  • Manage full-stack development alignment with experience goals and design quality
  • Supervise production of video, motion graphics, UI assets, websites, and apps
  • Monitor and improve creative team KPIs, sprint velocity, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and experimental creative environment
