Das Global Brand Office verantwortet und gestaltet die Identitäten unserer Marken (z.B. Deutsche Bank, Postbank) und entwickelt Konzepte, um sie erlebbar zu machen. Als Creative Director baust und leitest du ein kompaktes, schlagkräftiges Inhouse Creative Studio, das die Markenstrategie in Konzepte, Assets und Erlebnisse übersetzt. Du bist die kreative Schlüsselfigur für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung des neuen, KI-gestützten Brand Operating Systems (Brand OS). Dein Beitrag sorgt für mehr kreative Geschwindigkeit, Qualität und Konsistenz – und für markenkonforme Assets und Kampagnen, die intern wie extern begeistern. Deine Aufgaben Kreative Führung & Konzeptentwicklung Du verantwortest die kreative Vision der Marke über alle Kampagnen, Inhalte und Erlebnisse hinweg und entwickelst große Ideen sowie narrative Frameworks für die Aktivierung auf allen Kanälen (intern & extern). Du übersetzt strategische Prioritäten in kreative Themenfelder, Prototypen und Proofs-of-Concept und präsentierst diese überzeugend im Management. Studio Leadership & Arbeitsweise Du baust und führst ein dreiköpfiges Studio (du + zwei Art Directors), das hochwertige Ergebnisse mit kurzen Durchlaufzeiten liefert; du gestaltest schlanke Prozesse für Briefing, Priorisierung und Sprints mit klaren Service-Level-Agreements. Du etablierst erstklassige kreative Standards, regelmäßige Reviews, Qualitätssicherung und eine konstruktive Feedback-Kultur. Designsystem & Marken-Konsistenz Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des visuellen Erscheinungsbilds und der Designbibliotheken; du entwickelst Templates und Toolkits, mit denen auch Nicht-Designer markenkonforme Materialien erstellen können. Brand OS Zusammenarbeit (KI-gestützt) Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktteam des Brand OS zusammen, um Prompts, Templates, Guardrails und Co-Creation-Flows zu definieren, die eine automatisierte, markensichere Content-Produktion ermöglichen. Du förderst den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von unternehmensweit freigegebenen KI-Tools im Studio und darüber hinaus. Stakeholder- & Agenturmanagement Du bist der kreative Sparringspartner für Brand Strategy, Brand Activation, Brand Assets & Governance, Legal/IP und die regionalen Brand Leads; du wechselst flexibel zwischen Konzeption und Coaching. Du beauftragst und steuerst externe Partner gezielt, wenn es sinnvoll ist, und verhandelst Leistungsumfänge anhand klarer Wertmetriken. Was du mitbringst Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in führenden kreativen Rollen (Agentur und/oder Inhouse), inklusive Leitung integrierter Kampagnen und komplexer Markenidentitäten; Ein Portfolio, das Konzeptstärke und exzellentes Handwerk in Digital, Film/Motion, Experience und Präsentationsdesign zeigt. Champion responsible use of enterprise‑approved AI tools across the studio and broader organization. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Be the senior creative counterpart to Brand Strategy, Brand Activation, Brand Assets & Governance, Legal/IP, and regional brand leads; flex between concepting and coaching. Selectively commission and art‑direct external partners when beneficial; negotiate scopes against clear value metrics. What you bring 10+ years in top‑tier creative roles (agency and/or in‑house), including leading integrated campaigns and complex identity systems; financial services or regulated industries a plus. A portfolio that demonstrates concept leadership and meticulous craft across digital, film/motion, experiential, and editorial/presentation design. Track record building small, high‑performing creative teams; excellent mentorship and taste. Fluency with modern design stacks (e.g., Adobe CC, Figma) and enterprise‑approved AI/automation for design and content ops.
