JOB DESCRIPTION:
At Regions, the Marketing Creative Senior Manager will lead the dynamic in-house creative studio at Regions Bank. This role demands a strategic creative leader who can translate brand vision into compelling, locally-relevant campaigns that resonate with the community.
Primary Responsibilities
Leads and inspires a diverse creative team of writers, designers, and content creators
Develops and executes integrated multimedia campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
Oversees creative strategy for local campaigns, sponsorship activations, point-of-sale, community engagement and support collateral
Ensures brand consistency across all collateral, from branch materials to digital assets
Collaborates with marketing leadership to align creative vision with business objectives
Manages project timelines, budgets, and creative workflow processes
Presents creative concepts to senior leadership and key stakeholders
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field and eight (8) years of creative leadership experience, with proven agency background (external or in-house)
Or High School Diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of creative leadership experience, with proven agency background (external or in-house)
Portfolio demonstrating successful regional/local market campaigns
Strong understanding of financial services marketing landscape
Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams
Proficiency in creative software and project management tools
Preferences
Proven success in multi-media campaigns
Familiarity with financial services compliance (e.g., Reg E, Reg DD, UDAAP) and ability to write clear, legally sound disclosures
Skills and Competencies
Ability to analyze performance metrics and refine creative concepts based on results
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Keen attention to detail, to ensure quality and accuracy at each deliverable stage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong time management skills
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data-driven personalization
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
This position is intended to be onsite in Birmingham, AL. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.
