POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Creative Director is responsible for driving the overall creative vision and execution across the agency’s portfolio. This leadership role guides a multidisciplinary team including full-time and freelance talent in delivering work that inspires, performs, and builds lasting brand value. The Creative Director plays a critical role in shaping strategic creative direction for clients, while also leading innovation through integration with MSIGenerate, the agency’s proprietary platform.
The role combines creative excellence with operational leadership, ensuring ideas are executed flawlessly while remaining aligned with brand goals and performance objectives.
