Master's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design, copywriting, technical writing, writing (e.g. for marketing, advertising, e-commerce), brand design, or brand marketing OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience as a leader in the creative space, managing team(s), and operating as a Group, or Executive Creative Director. 5+ years leading concurrent, multi‑workstream 360° brand campaigns for large product portfolios, owning the creative ideation /platform/campaign architecture. 5+ years experience storytelling: an innate understanding of the importance of narrative, across everything from internal presentations to compelling consumer-facing creative. 3+ years experience with AI tools and the role they can play in the creative process A portfolio showcasing impactful creative marketing with an orientation towards organic content. Master's Degree in in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 11+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience. 8+ years experience of storytelling/narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection and all key aspects of audio-visual content. 8+ years experience developing unifying brand narratives and creative platforms, and translating those platforms into digital creative executions. 8+ years experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate judgment in the face of ambiguity.
