THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Creative Director who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and innovation across both enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll bring our brand to life through compelling creative strategies and high-quality design output. You’ll lead visual identity, campaigns, and multimedia assets that resonate with decision-makers at insurers, employers, and associations, while also building consumer-facing creative that inspires patients and drives engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in design/creative leadership with proven experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Skilled in motion graphics, video editing, and digital asset creation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across B2B campaigns, enterprise presentations, and consumer marketing.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools (Figma, Webflow).
