POSITION OVERVIEW

The Creative Director leads the charge in visually and strategically expressing the mission and culture of The Faith Center. This role is responsible for overseeing all branding, communication, stage design, digital marketing, and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a doer—capable of developing big-picture creative strategies while managing details, timelines, and teams.
This individual will lead a cross-functional team of designers, video editors, social media specialists, and communication professionals to create cohesive, compelling content and experiences. Whether designing a sermon series, crafting a brand campaign, or curating a digital presence, the Creative Director ensures TFC’s voice is clear, consistent, and Christ-centered.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission and values of The Faith Center.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably within a church or nonprofit environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, design, video, and campaign development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design/video tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional creative teams and managing multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail and design.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Passion for storytelling, innovation, and creating visual experiences that lead people toward life transformation.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all creative functions including design, video, stage design, digital marketing, social media, communications, and web presence.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of creatives—designers, editors, communicators, and freelancers.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies for sermon series, events, campaigns, and major church initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve the TFC brand voice, look, and feel across all platforms—print, digital, stage, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Pastor, Worship Team, Events, and AI/Media Teams to bring creative vision to life.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications align with the culture, excellence, and mission of TFC.
  • Champion innovation by keeping up with creative trends and integrating new tools and technologies to enhance storytelling and ministry reach.
  • Manage creative timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and on mission.
