As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

Do you want to help shape our vision of social and make an impact across the industry?
We are looking for a Creative Director for We Are Social, who guides, inspires and leads the creation of Ideas Worth Talking About. You will actively be a mentor/line manager, director of creatives, and source of solutions and support to your peers across the wider department. You’ll creatively lead practitioners from other disciplines, too – collaborating and directing as necessary. You’ll have a honed skill for spotting the ideas that could be nurtured to greatness, and a desire to make new work in new ways – informed by the fast paced culture of social. You will be working across some of the most famous brands in the UK and the wider world, including Kelloggs, Pringles, McCain, and Unilever.
