CREATIVE GRADUATES - CLASSROOM ASSISTANT

We are working alongside a brilliant Primary School in Wandsworth that is celebrated for its holistic whole-child approach to learning encouraging its pupils to learn via creative outlets. The school is looking to take an equally brilliant Creative Graduate - Classroom Assistant and use their skills to inspire their pupils.
Within this role you will work closely with the classroom teacher, assisting them deliver their lesson to the pupils while providing further assistance to those with SEN needs. You will tailor the lesson plan to those with SEN needs who need further academic support in 1:1 and group learning sessions.
EdEx has had the pleasure of working alongside this school for the last two years following striking up a great relationship with the Head Teacher after placing other like-minded creative graduates. This role is perfect for creative graduates as you get to inspire pupils via alternate learning outlets.

ABOUT THE CREATIVE GRADUATES - CLASSROOM ASSISTANT ROLE/SCHOOL:

• Creative Graduates - Classroom Assistant
• Working within classes across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
• Leading sessions Phonics, Reading & Writing and Spelling sessions with pupils to improve their academic performance
• Supporting pupils with SEN needs in 1:1 and group sessions (ADHD, ASD, Non-verbal etc)
• Utilising your creativity to encourage learning through creative outlets
• £105 - £110 per day - Term time only
• September 2025 Start - Full-time position
