JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and experience in creating marketing collaterals, digital designs, publications, branding materials, and event assets. This role requires both creativity and technical proficiency to produce visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related software.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Experience:

• Real estate: 1 year (Required)

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional items.
• Ensure all materials maintain brand consistency and align with the company’s visual identity.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
