JOB SUMMARY:

As a Graphic Designer in the real estate industry, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging design materials that promote properties, brand identity, and marketing campaigns. Your artistic skills and creativity will contribute to enhancing the company’s visual presence and attracting clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including real estate-related projects if available.
· Creativity and an eye for aesthetics, with a focus on detail and composition.
· Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
· Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Can do full cycle video editing.

Responsibilities
  1. Design Collateral: Create captivating design assets such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials to showcase properties and promote real estate services.
  2. Branding: Ensure consistency in branding across all design elements, aligning with the company’s visual identity guidelines.
  3. Property Renders: Produce realistic property renders and visualizations that provide potential buyers with an accurate representation of the spaces.
  4. Digital Content: Design graphics optimized for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online listings.
  5. Print Materials: Design print materials, including banners, signage, and promotional materials for real estate events or exhibitions.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and real estate agents to understand design requirements and effectively translate ideas into visual concepts.
  7. Photography Enhancement: Edit and enhance property photos to showcase them in the best possible light.
  8. Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to incorporate fresh and innovative elements into designs.
  9. Client Feedback: Incorporate client feedback and iterate on designs to meet their specific needs and preferences.
