This is an exciting opportunity for a Creative Designer to join a rapidly expanding signage business. Our clients cover a range of sectors including food and beverage, leisure and health care. We specialise in the redevelopment of pubs, bars and restaurants, providing both external and internal signage design. Working directly with clients, architects and interior designers, you will have the opportunity to develop both new and existing brands, communicating brand messages into a physical space. Our clients require services such as logo design, traditional signwriting, mural art and neon signage. You will need to be up to date with the latest trends in hospitality design to keep proposals fresh and innovative.
You will be a key part of the design team, working to ensure that we provide our clients with creative and impressive visuals, to bring projects to life.
We are a small, hard-working team, looking for a friendly candidate to jump on board and hit the ground running!

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Design degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in a design role is preferable but graduates will also be considered
• Experience in the signage industry is advantageous but not essential
• Competent in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Ability to generate creative concepts
• Knowledge of branding
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projectsworking at speed and with accuracy
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines
• Knowledge of technical drawing is advantageous but not essential
• Positive, self-motivated individual who can work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well and professionally within a close team
• Occasional flexibility to work paid overtime outside of the core hours to meet project deadlines as and when required
