Responsibilities

Create and develop conceptual designs, bringing them to life using colour and texture, through CAD software in 2D and 3D
Knowledge of FF&E selection to aid the generation of plans using sketches and CAD software such as Revit
Deliver detailed designs and choose materials that represent strong narrative links to brand ideals
Prepare visual packages for visual artists
Manage the creative projects on assigned spaces through to finished CGI
