Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE

We are on the hunt for a Junior Sportswear & Graphic Designer who is highly creative, passionate about what they do, and above all else, someone who has a great work ethic. Experience in designing sportswear / apparel products would be a benefit but not essential at this stage.
Working in collaboration with the wider creative team, you’ll use your standout design skills to bring apparel to life, delivering work that propels our customers’ image to the next level.
The perfect candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be able to to maintain our high standards of quality, have an excellent eye for detail and be a self-motivated individual. The work you will be undertaking will be fast paced and you will play an integral part to the delivery of service to customers globally.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Creating Pre-Production Tech Packs for Custom Team Wear orders.
  • Designing Custom Apparel for individuals, teams and businesses alike from conception stage through through to final pre-production artwork.
  • Creating on-brand apparel using existing templates that keep in line with current trends while staying true to our visual identity
  • Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to develop assets that support campaigns, product launches and day-to-day content
  • Help[ refine and evolve our brand guidelines across platforms as needed
