We’re lifestyle-led, creatively driven, and unapologetically premium. We’re looking for a Creative Lead/Art Director to shape how the world sees and feels Humantra. In this role, you’ll set the creative vision across every brand touchpoint. You’ll define and guard our visual identity, lead big campaign ideas, and ensure that everything we put into the world feels unmistakably Humantra. Where You’ll Spend Your Time Brand Creative Leadership & Consistency (30%) Own and evolve Humantra’s visual identity and creative expression across product, digital, retail, and real-world brand moments Partner with Brand and Design to build and maintain a cohesive creative system Act as the senior approver for all customer-facing creative, ensuring quality and alignment Protect the brand’s creative standard across all markets Creative Direction for Global Campaigns (30%) Translate strategic brand thinking into big, breakthrough creative ideas Lead the creative development of global campaigns, including narratives, taglines, moodboards, and visual storytelling Set campaign art direction across digital, social, retail, and experiential Ensure all campaigns feel culturally sharp, premium, and disruptive Visual Brand World & Content Art Direction (25%) Own the art direction for brand and product content across all channels Lead campaign and content shoots, setting styling, composition, and visual tone Build clear creative direction for social, paid, product imagery, and brand photography Create a visually cohesive brand universe across all platforms and touchpoints Creative Partnership Across the Business (15%) Embed creative standards across Brand, Design, Product, Social, and Commercial teams Help build Humantra’s brand bible and creative toolkits Drive the long-term creative ambition of the business as we scale Be a clear and inspiring creative leader within the organisation Key Responsibilities Define, own, and evolve the global creative direction of Humantra Approve and oversee all major visual outputs, from campaigns to content to packaging Partner with Brand team on campaign concepts, narratives, and rollouts Lead art direction for brand shoots and content production Maintain consistency across every asset while pushing creative boundaries Ensure the brand’s visual identity evolves while staying recognisable and ownable Act as a creative thought partner to key stakeholders across the company Who You Are ✅ 7 to 10+ years of experience in creative or art direction, ideally in premium lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or culturally relevant brands ✅ A strong visual thinker with taste, clarity, and point of view ✅ Experienced in leading creative teams, shoots, and cross-functional collaboration ✅ Comfortable taking brand strategy and translating it into cohesive visual systems ✅ Detail-obsessed but also able to zoom out and drive long-term creative direction ✅ Confident making creative calls and upholding standards globally ✅ Based in or willing to relocate to the UAE • 22 days holiday plus your birthday off • Premium Private Healthcare Insurance • Brand new MacBook or Windows laptop • Monthly wellness stipend (gym, supplements, etc.) • Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, 1 remote • 1 Week “Work from Anywhere” per year
