What You Will Deliver Collaborate with Hong Kong marketing team provide creative campaign ideas to help grow our business Work with marketing team to come up with campaign ideas to promote our value proposition across different marketing channels including in-app, social, ATL & BTL Design all required artwork for both offline and online channels, including social media and events/ roadshows Collaborate with the regional creative team and ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines Able to work independently with stakeholders to manage the end to end creative process from concept to implementation Manage multiple projects simultaneously Present effectively to both regional and local stakeholders to pitch your creative concept/ design. Able to liaise and coordinate with vendors on production. Who You Are: At least 4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Advertising and Visual Communications. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail A creative and passionate individual that enjoys taking on business challenges through creative ideas. Well-honed skills in art direction and design, typography, color theory, and composition Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Figma basic proficiency is a plus Strategic and thoughtful in the approach to design and branding – someone who is comfortable questioning the brief Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently to navigate a fast paced environment.
