This role will oversee all creative outputs, from campaigns and product launches to digital and offline experiences, ensuring consistency, innovation, and measurable business impact. 📌 Key Responsibilities "- Define and communicate Birdman’s creative vision and narrative. - Lead the development of integrated campaigns and product launches. - Supervise the creative team, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables. - Direct and oversee photoshoots and video productions. - Approve key campaigns, strategic ideas, and brand-defining assets. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade, Innovation, and Ecomm. - Manage creative budgets, external vendors, and agencies. - Establish efficient creative processes and methodologies. - Mentor and grow internal creative talent. - Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics." 🚀 Must-Have Requirements - 7+ years of experience in advertising agencies, marketing environments, or audiovisual production companies, including 3+ years in creative leadership roles. - Strong background in branding, integrated campaigns, and digital storytelling. - Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams. - Expertise in art direction, content production, and brand consistency. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strategic ability to align creativity with business objectives. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders. - Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendors. 🚀 Nice-to-Have Requirements - Experience in consumer brands with global presence. - Knowledge of performance marketing and digital analytics. - Experience collaborating with trade marketing, product innovation, and eCommerce teams. - International exposure in campaign development. 📢 Ready to level up your impact with Birdman?
