Why this role matters Shape how millions of users perceive and interact with BJAK Build a brand that stands out in a cluttered, competitive space Translate business and marketing goals into creative that drives results Lead and mentor a high-performing creative team Bring clarity, consistency, and inspiration to everything we put into the world What You Will Do i) Brand Strategy & Creative Direction Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms - from tone to typography Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messages Develop creative concepts and campaigns that connect with our users and drive growth Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and more ii) Creative Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators Set a high bar for creativity, execution, and delivery under tight timelines Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy and quality standards Foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture within the creative team iii) Execution & Optimization Build and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scalability.
