As a Creative Lead within BMO Design, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing creative solutions that elevate the BMO brand across internal and external channels. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams on a variety of production design initiatives and strategic creative work to support BMO’s business goals and our commitment to customer-centricity, inclusion, and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative roles including 2+ years of in a creative leadership role, ideally within an internal agency or financial services.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative excellence across media.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design and collaboration tools.
  • Experience and knowledge in the development, design and production of social media, digital media, web, animation, video, print, out-of-home, events, and email
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid environments
  • Deep understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and regulatory considerations.
  • In-depth verbal and communications skills

  • In-depth problem solving skills
  • In-depth influence skills
  • In-depth data-driven decision-making skills
