We’re looking for a creative lead to help make our brand famous and build lasting trust. You will be the spark that turns insight into bold ideas and the critical link between brand strategy, cultural relevance, and creative excellence. Your job is to develop and champion work that earns attention, lodges in memory, and strengthens the bond between our brand and the world. You’ll spend your days immersed in culture, advertising, and creative craft spotting opportunities for breakthrough moments, shaping ideas that stretch across channels, and working with teams to bring them to life. This is a chance to set the creative agenda with work that gets talked about, shared, and remembered. You rely on both strategic clarity and creative instinct, and you bring a deep technical craft whether that’s as a writer, art director, or another creative specialism to make ideas real. You’ll work alongside brand strategists, creatives, designers, production, marketeers and agencies to bring your ideas to life. This hybrid role is based three days per week in our London HQ. What you’ll do Lead big brand ideas - Develop and shape bold, talkable creative ideas that build fame, trust, and long-term brand equity. Write and shape powerful briefs -Turn strategic clarity and cultural insight into sharp, inspiring briefs. Champion creative excellence - Set the creative standard not only in the brand team but in the business. Pushing concepts to be braver, sharper, and more memorable. Guide execution across channels - Direct other creatives and designers and collaborate with comms, social, and media teams to make sure big ideas are powerfully executed everywhere the brand shows up. Monitor and learn - Measure impact through brand tracking, earned media, and cultural resonance feeding insights back to sharpen the next wave of work. Who you are 5+ years of experience in brand, advertising, or creative roles, with a proven track record of using creativity to have outsized impact. A big-idea thinker who can connect brand strategy, cultural insight, and creative execution into work that cuts through. Deep understanding of brand building and how fame and trust are earned through long-term creative platforms, not one-offs. Culturally fluent, instinctively aware of what’s happening in media, design, entertainment, and social, and how brands can participate meaningfully. A strong creative craftsperson and exceptional in at least one area (copy, art direction, design, or equivalent), and able to use it to bring ideas to life. A confident communicator who can inspire teams, give clear direction, and champion brave ideas with conviction. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment while maintaining creative quality.
