THE OPPORTUNITY

Creative Lead at Culture Kings is responsible for coordinating all content needs for the ANZ business. This involves driving the creation, distribution, and optimization of content that not only engages and educates the target audience but also contributes to the achievement of the organization’s broader marketing and business objectives. By providing strategic leadership, fostering collaboration, and staying attuned to industry trends, the Creative Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand presence, generating leads, and driving business success through effective graphic design, photography and videography output.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in a senior content, creative, or marketing leadership role—preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail/eComm.Ability to build and execute a holistic content strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Previous work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and strong creative expectations.
  • Strong storytelling skills to align content with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Experience with developing content KPIs and measuring performance
  • Proven track record of managing creative teams including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content writers.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management (internal + external).
  • Expertise in maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs (tone, messaging, and visuals).
  • Strong understanding of fashion and streetwear branding, particularly in the ANZ and US markets.
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design, photography, and videography.
  • Content creation and optimization for email marketing, website (homepages, banners), social media, retail store assets, and print.
  • Knowledge of distribution channels including paid media, email, social, partnerships, and more.
    This will be a twelve (12) month Fixed Term contract with Culture Kings!
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating a comprehensive content strategy that outlines the goals, target audiences, messaging, channels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for content marketing efforts.
  • Enhance the organization’s brand identity and reputation through strategic content creation. This includes maintaining consistent and effective messaging and tone across all assets that is true to the brand identity.
  • Focuses on understanding the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience. They create content that resonates with the audience, addresses their pain points, and provides value.
  • Oversee the creation of various types of content, such as blog posts, videos, infographics, graphic design, photography and more. Additionally, they may curate and share relevant third-party content to add value to the audience.
  • Develops distribution strategies to ensure that content reaches the right audience through appropriate channels, such as social media, email marketing, partnerships, and more.
  • Manage content and design marketing teams and provide direction, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality content output.
  • Work with internal and external brand partners and stakeholders to deliver content and results in line with all parties expectations
  • Reviews and maintains all PDs and KPIs of the content and design team
  • Understands content performance across all marketing channels and educates the content and design team to comprehend data and optimize creative output
  • Engage with stakeholders across various teams to build briefs and understand content needs, and lead the creative team to deliver, while providing open communication outward
  • Support the Retail business in all forms of retail store asset requirements including but not limited to POS, Store Signage, Billboards, Store promotional event assets, large-scale print and more
  • Nurture and support the development of all creative team members, including 1:1’s, performance reviews and general day to day performance discussions
