This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Lead based in South Africa. This role is focused on shaping and elevating a brand’s visual identity across all marketing touchpoints in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will act as the creative force behind campaigns, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across ads, social media, landing pages, and email marketing. Working remotely with cross-functional marketing and design collaborators, you will translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling. The position blends creative direction with hands-on collaboration, guiding designers while contributing ideas that strengthen engagement and brand recognition. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing outputs meet a high visual standard while staying aligned with business goals. This is an opportunity for a creative thinker who enjoys both conceptual development and practical execution oversight in a global working setup. \n Accountabilities: Own and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all digital marketing channels, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and presentation. Provide creative direction for campaigns including digital ads, banners, landing pages, email marketing, and social media content. Collaborate closely with designers and marketing specialists to ensure all creative assets are visually strong and strategically aligned. Review, refine, and approve creative outputs before publication to ensure quality and brand alignment. Develop innovative campaign concepts and visual ideas that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all materials. Identify opportunities to improve creative quality, visual impact, and overall marketing effectiveness. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, creative design, or visual communication. Qualification in marketing, branding, graphic design, or a related creative field is an advantage. Strong understanding of branding principles, visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and layout design. Proven ability to provide creative direction and constructive feedback to design and marketing teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. High attention to detail and a strong passion for visually compelling marketing content.
