Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and motion artists, ensuring creative excellence and effective execution across multiple service lines.
  • Set the creative vision, strategy, and tone for mobile app marketing campaigns, aligning them closely with client goals to drive user acquisition and retention, including:
  • App Store Optimisation across the App Store and Play Store
  • User Acquisition on various channels, including social media and Google App campaigns
  • In-app messages, push notifications, and email campaigns
  • Cultural localization of assets
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to your squad, fostering their growth and development while ensuring they have opportunities to showcase their creativity.
  • Drive the adoption of AI workflows in your team by showing how they can be an important part of a creative’s toolbox rather than a threat.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Growth Leads, Account Managers, and other disciplines to ensure the creative team is set up for success on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure that workloads remain balanced and assignments remain in line with your team’s skills and interests.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their app’s unique value proposition and target audience, presenting and refining creative concepts to meet their specific needs.
  • Work closely with the Creative Leadership team to shape the overall direction and evolution of Phiture’s creative offerings in the mobile app space.
  • Oversee the creative development process for your portfolio of clients, balancing hands-on design work with strategic direction and project management.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts for mobile app marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in mobile app marketing, share insights with the team, and incorporate innovative approaches into client campaigns.
