What you'll do As the Creative Lead at Nectar, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing captivating and effective content for the Nectar brand across all media touchpoints, from in-store to online and paid social platforms. Your role will focus on leading all aspects of the brand, requiring strong creative ideation, art direction, and tone of voice development skills to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's visual identity. Additionally, as a senior member of the creative team, you will provide guidance and leadership to coach and mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, and stay abreast of industry trends to drive creative excellence and innovation within the organisation. Who you are As the Creative Lead for Nectar, you are a seasoned hybrid creative with a keen eye for design and a deep passion for crafting captivating and innovative content across various media touchpoints. With a proven track record in leading and mentoring creative teams, you excel in guiding projects from concept to production, ensuring brand consistency and high creative standards. Your ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies sets you apart as a visionary leader who drives creative excellence and inspires continuous learning and development within the team. Essential criteria * Hybrid creative background (Art Director / Copywriter) with a strong eye for design. * Experience in a senior creative role, leading, mentoring or coaching junior creatives in a fast‑paced environment. * Experience creating polished presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote and Figma. * A portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple media touchpoints. * Experienced in social. #LI-SM1
