Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and execution of AI-driven creative initiatives across digital, marketing, product, and customer experience channels. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, content creators, and engineering teams to identify and implement Generative AI use cases. * Develop creative strategies leveraging AI tools for content generation, design ideation, personalization, and workflow automation. * Guide the creation of AI-assisted content, including copy, visual assets, presentations, and digital experiences while maintaining brand consistency. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance creativity, productivity, and business outcomes. * Establish best practices, governance, and quality standards for the responsible use of AI in creative processes. * Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled creative solutions. * Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve AI-driven creative products and experiences. * Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in creative, digital, product, or marketing roles. * 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI tools and AI-enabled creative workflows. * Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar technologies. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
