Star Group is looking for a Creative Lead who can dream big, design boldly, and bring our brand world to life across venues, campaigns, and everything in between. You’ll set the visual direction for Star Group, Star Social, and our growing network of venues, turning ideas into work that looks great, feels great, and gets noticed. If you’re a natural creative thinker who loves brand-building, leading a small creative team, and jumping across projects with energy, this role is for you. What you’ll do Create fresh, distinctive brand identities for new venues and internal brands. Own campaign creative from concept to final design across digital, social, print, signage, and more. Keep our creative hub (Storyteq) running smoothly with updated templates and support for venue teams. Work closely with marketing, ops, and venue teams to bring ideas to life quickly and consistently. Design bespoke collateral for upcoming events, promotions, and brand moments. Keep an eye on design trends and share inspiration that levels up our creative direction. Maintain tidy project files, meet deadlines, and build strong relationships with print and signage suppliers. Help drive consistency across all creative touchpoints so our brand is always sharp and on point. What you’ll bring 6+ years in graphic or brand design (agency, creative studio, or hospitality experience is a bonus). Strong skills across Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A natural eye for brand identity, creative strategy, and campaign direction. Experience leading or mentoring creatives. Clear communication, excellent organisation, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A collaborative style and a knack for turning ideas into polished, on-brand work. Why join us?
