We are in an exciting stage of growth and we are looking for a Creative Lead to shape and elevate our brand across every channel. In this role, you’ll set the creative vision, ensure high standards of execution, and inspire a talented team to deliver work that is both beautifully crafted and commercially effective.
You’ll play a central part in building Valentte’s creative identity, balancing storytelling rooted in luxury, with the demands of a fast-paced ecommerce business. From leading seasonal campaigns to guiding packaging design, you will ensure every asset resonates with customers and drives measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  1. Creative Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor and inspire the creative team, building a culture of collaboration where team members feel motivated, supported, and clear on priorities.
  • Oversee project allocation, priorities, and workflows to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality output.
  • Champion the creative function across Valentte, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with freelancers and agencies as required, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
  1. Creative Strategy & Execution
  • Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns for key moments (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, Black Friday).
  • Ensure all creative work embodies Valentte’s values and meets exceptional standards.
  • Protect brand consistency across every channel: website, ecommerce, email, social, paid media, packaging, and retail.
  • Monitor trends in design, ecommerce, and lifestyle, introducing new ideas to keep Valentte ahead of the curve.
  1. Asset & Content Production
  • Lead the creative direction for photoshoots, video, lifestyle imagery, and motion graphics.
  • Lead packaging, label, and gift set design, collaborating with operations to deliver on time and to standard.
  • Step in to create or adapt assets when needed to meet deadlines or KPIs.
  • Maintain a well-organised, accessible library of creative assets.
  1. Process & Collaboration
  • Implement and improve creative processes that enhance clarity, efficiency, and cross-team communication.
  • Manage and refine creative briefs, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, UX, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Adapt quickly in a high-growth ecommerce environment, managing multiple priorities with focus and organisation.
