We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Creative Lifestyle and Volunteer Coordinator to lead and deliver meaningful activity and volunteer programs at Tabeel Aged Care in Laidley, QLD.
You will design, implement, and lead engaging lifestyle programs that foster joy, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging for our residents. Your leadership will also guide a dedicated team of Creative Lifestyle staff and volunteers who share a passion for enriching the lives of older residents.

Responsibilities

As our Creative Lifestyle & Volunteer Coordinator, you will:

  • Develop and implement engaging, person-centred programs tailored to residents’ creative and social interests.
  • Build strong community connections, bringing in volunteers, artists, musicians, and cultural groups to enhance resident experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Lifestyle Facilitators and Volunteers, ensuring they are supported, valued, and engaged.
  • Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and development, fostering a thriving and motivated volunteer community.
  • Evaluate and refine programs, ensuring they align with residents’ interests and contribute to their overall wellbeing.
