What You’ll Do
As the Creative Manager for the Australia–New Zealand studio, you are the local engine of Design Studios’ creative excellence—bridging BCG’s global vision with deep regional insight. Leading a multidisciplinary team of APAC based designers (visual, motion, digital, print), you combine hands-on craft with strategic direction to deliver end-to-end solutions ranging from board-level presentations to integrated, multi vertical campaigns. Gen AI-powered ideation, digital storytelling, and brand strategy are second nature enabling you to elevate every engagement and inspire the wider team.
You will translate complex business challenges into cohesive creative narratives across presentation design, branding, motion/video, and digital formats; personally steer flagship work to model quality. You will act as the ANZ local creative leader—sharing trends, aligning standards, and adapting global assets for local relevance; champion Creative Multidisciplinary ways of working for agile delivery. Additionally, you will refine briefing, resourcing, and QA processes to balance billability, people management, and design investment—aligning with the ‘time investment’ model for CPA leads.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10 years in creative leadership across agency, in-house, or consultancy environments, with a proven B2B portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience managing distributed creative teams and collaborating across time zones.
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma/Adobe XD, motion/video suites, and Gen AI toolchains.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident engaging C-suite audiences and facilitating workshops.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Who You’ll Work With
You will report jointly to the Global Creative Director and the Head of ANZ Creative & Co-Lead Strategy, collaborating daily with APAC people managers, project management, and consulting teams. Travel within APAC (~20 %) supports cross-regional workshops and project kick-offs. You will work closely with the Local Creative Strategy Manager to align creative solutions with business objectives.
