Description

ABOUT US

We’re building the future of sport. Bolt6 is a sports technology company at the forefront of visual innovation – from real-time tracking and data overlays, to immersive broadcast graphics and AR experiences. We work across tennis, golf, motorsport, volleyball, and more; partnering with rights holders and broadcasters to elevate how sport is seen, understood, and enjoyed.
We’re looking for a Creative Manager to lead the look, feel, and evolution of our broadcast and storytelling products across multiple sports. You’ll shape how we visualise key moments, turn raw data into compelling stories, and define the creative language that underpins our offering.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ideation on new formats for key moments in sport – whether it’s visualising the trajectory of a golf shot from a drone, or revealing the intricacies of a tennis rally.
  • Own the visual identity across all broadcast-facing products, ensuring every output feels premium, polished, and unmistakably Bolt6.
  • Design and direct new ways of visual storytelling, turning complex data or mechanics into formats that are simple, beautiful and engaging for global audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sports leads, and external partners to design visual tools that are both functional and striking.
  • Develop real-time and replay graphics that integrate seamlessly into live production environments; including augmented reality, data overlays, and match analysis tools.
  • Set the motion design and animation style, ensuring consistency across sports, broadcasters and formats.
  • Partner with broadcast clients and rights holders to ensure creative outputs meet both editorial and commercial goals.
  • Mentor and grow creative talent, from our broadcast operational team to designers.
  • Define the UX and visual design language of early-stage products, working closely with product and engineering to shape how users (internal, external or production) engage with our tools.
