GCB 5 We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Creative Manager. The Creative Manager for PayMe creates high-quality design and creative assets that support marketing and revenue-driving activities. Working with business requestors and senior stakeholders, the role shapes and governs PayMe’s brand identity standards, ensuring all outputs are consistent, effective, and aligned to brand guidelines. The role holder provides expert advice on brand and graphic solutions, helping stakeholders maximise the value of the brand and deliver successful campaign materials, publications, and signage across channels. In this role you will: Interpret and understand business requirements and translate them into clear creative concepts and design solutions that support PayMe marketing objectives and commercial outcomes. Create and deliver design assets for marketing and revenue-driving activity across owned and paid channels (e.g., digital display, social, CRM/email, in-app, web, OOH/print, branch/partner signage), ensuring quality, accuracy, and speed to market. Own and govern PayMe brand identity standards, including visual system, templates, layout rules, typography, colour, imagery/illustration style, iconography, and accessibility considerations; ensure consistent application across all touchpoints. Provide senior stakeholder advisory on brand and graphic solutions—challenging briefs where needed, recommending improvements, and guiding teams towards the strongest creative outcome while protecting brand integrity. Shape campaign creative by developing key visual directions, design toolkits, and scalable asset suites that enable consistent execution across channels and formats. Support production and delivery by preparing artwork to required specifications, managing versioning, and ensuring outputs are fit for channel requirements (digital and print), including publications and signage. Ensure adherence to governance and approvals relevant to marketing communications (e.g., brand compliance and required internal review processes), escalating risks and issues appropriately. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Growth, Merchant Growth, Product, Copy, and channel owners to deliver integrated campaigns and high-performing creative. Collaborate with and manage external vendors (e.g., creative agencies, production houses, and freelance designers), including briefing, quality control, feedback cycles, and ensuring deliverables meet PayMe brand standards, timelines, and budget expectations. Provide team support and guidance to improve consistency and quality of design outputs, including constructive critique, design reviews, and sharing best practice.
