As the Creative Team Lead, you’ll not only manage the workflow of our talented Creative Team but also be at the forefront of branding, graphic design services, and asset management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You’ll maintain brand consistency by designing, developing, and upholding our brand guidelines. You will also manage our Digital Asset Management library (Canto), keeping everything organised and accessible. Staying ahead of the latest trends and innovations in the creative space will enable you to identify new opportunities and keep our strategies fresh and relevant.
In this role, you’ll report on the performance and output of the Creative Team, manage budgets, and provide insightful analysis on creative expenses. Additionally, building and nurturing relationships with creative suppliers—including printers, sign writers, web developers, videographers, and photographers—will be essential as you provide creative assistance and support for various projects and key stakeholder presentations.
Based at our head office in Adelaide additionally, this is the tourism industry so your willingness to travel across the breathtaking landscapes of Australia will be invaluable.
