Sobha Furniture is the newest segment in the Sobha enterprise to partner with our Realty and Construction partners to bring high quality and craftsmanship, Sobha is known for, into the furniture industry. The office is based in Dubai, and has local factories that build furniture, kitchens, and wardrobes. Planning to expand in 2025, the team is expanding to accommodate our speed to market.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5-8 years prior experience in a senior creative/design role at creative agency or luxury brand preferred.
• 3D render experience preferred.
• Experience with video graphics, motion design and video editing.
  · Worked on luxury consumer-packaged goods, furniture industry or interior design required.

· Experience with directing photography shoots and providing creative direction.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and branding projects with a global or large-scale brand.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and print production, familiar with email marketing platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop animation.
• Possess versatility, conceptual ability, marketing and branding knowledge.
• Understanding of current web technologies, digital trends, and best practices.
• Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail, both visually and grammatically.
• Needs to work well both independently and with a team and display excellent follow through and self-initiative.
• Conceptual skills with ability to take projects from concept to completion.
• Design and production skills with understanding of the creative process.
• Strong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Sobha Furniture is looking for a Manager of Creative Operations to manage the end-to-end production process from pitch to publishing, overseeing the graphics teams. This person will be the creative behind bringing every visual moment to life while accomplishing our marketing goals in a disruptively creative, authentic manner. From clean, salient email storytelling to scroll-stopping ads, and visually compelling website journeys to tradeshow booths and showrooms, your role will be a blend of dynamic collaboration and independence. You have your finger on the pulse for the latest cool brands, design trends and best practices, but you’re not afraid to experiment with what you think could work. We need someone who can build something off little information who can understand our brand ethos and develop beautiful, branded art for print and digital media. This role is central to evolving our brand and delivering design solutions that resonate with our diverse global audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set and maintain high creative standards for the team, driving design excellence and cohesive brand identity across all outputs.
• Encourage experimentation, innovation, and fresh ideas within the team to ensure a future-focused and competitive brand presence.
• Oversee end-to-end project workflows, from initial ideation through to final delivery, ensuring projects meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on creative input as needed.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, working closely with marketing, communications, digital, and events to deliver cohesive and impactful brand experiences.
• Own and maintain an accurate and current library of brand assets including typography, colors, presentation templates, etc.
• Design and create on-brand digital and print creative including but not limited to emails, social media assets, sales and marketing collateral, billboards and signs, stationery, swag and tradeshow design etc.
• Working knowledge of luxury materials and selecting proper options for each project.
• Execute intelligently with out-of-the-box and creative solutions while maintaining design identity and brand aesthetics.
• Help execute in-house photoshoots including actively participating in photo and video work.
• Manage retouching and color correcting process for all photography (web shoots, interiors shoots) and video content editing.
• Create tech packs for new products/designs and mocks for projects.
• Research and Create mood and trend boards as needed.
• Thoroughly research company history, current events and industry trends in design and popular culture prior to starting each project, to provide insightful design direction.
• Review all projects thoroughly to ensure all aspects of each brief have been addressed, all artwork is original or cleared for use, and is suitable for the brand, and all grammar and design details are correct. Quality control is the highest priority.
