About the role You will own Uride’s creative output across digital, social, lifecycle, and print. You will design high-impact assets, manage social media, engage our community, and produce content that drives installs, retention, and brand trust. This is not a pure design role. You are equal parts creator, strategist, and operator who moves quickly, tests often, and leverages AI and modern tools to scale production. What you'll do Creative Production and Design • Create branded assets for Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, web, email, and in-app campaigns • Design posters, ads, landing page visuals, email templates, and lifecycle content • Produce static, motion, and video creatives optimized for paid performance marketing • Create content and campaigns tailored for riders, drivers, and Uride’s Good Deeds initiatives • Maintain and evolve Uride’s visual identity and brand systems • Localize creative for global markets, including Canada, Mexico, and Europe Social Media and Community • Own and manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms • Plan and execute content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form video • Engage daily with the community through comments, DMs, and trends • Build a consistent, authentic brand voice • Grow followers, engagement, and conversions • Track analytics and optimize content based on performance Video and Content Creation • Concept, shoot, and edit short-form and campaign videos • Create rider and driver stories, testimonials, and promotional content • Repurpose content efficiently across organic and paid channels Web, Email, and Lifecycle • Design creatives and layouts for the website using tools like Wix • Produce email templates, newsletters, and lifecycle marketing assets • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with supporting visuals and copy Offline and Field Marketing • Create print-ready materials such as coasters, posters, flyers, table tents, signage, and marketing cards • Design assets for on-the-ground activations, partnerships, and events • Ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints Regional Collaboration • Partner closely with Regional General Managers to develop localized designs and campaigns • Support market-specific initiatives with fast turnaround creative Tools and AI First Workflow • Use Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Wix to produce assets efficiently • Leverage AI tools such as MidJourney, Veo, image upscalers, and generative design tools • Continuously experiment with new technologies to improve speed and quality Strategy and Communications • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop creative strategies • Support paid ads with testing frameworks and iterative creative production • Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, emails, and marketing communications • Support internal and external comms when needed • Manage projects from brief to execution while meeting tight deadlines Qualifications • 5+ years in a creative, social media, content, or design-focused marketing role • Experience managing and growing social channels • Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials • Startup, tech, marketplace, or mobility experience preferred Skills • Strong visual storytelling and design fundamentals • Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Figma, and Wix • Video editing using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut • Strong understanding of paid ads creative best practices • Experience using AI tools to generate and scale creative production • Knowledge of social analytics and performance metrics • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to juggle multiple projects and execute quickly Nice to Have • Motion graphics or animation • Experience with influencers or UGC programs • Experience working with regional or distributed teams • Familiarity with transportation or gig economy audiences What Success Looks Like • Consistent pipeline of high-quality creatives shipped weekly • Engaged and growing social communities • Strong paid ads performance driven by creative testing • Faster production enabled by AI tools • Cohesive brand presence across digital, web, email, and offline • Regional teams supported with timely, localized assets
