Job Summary
Walker Tape Co. is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Creative Manager to lead and inspire our growing creative team. This role drives our brand’s visual and storytelling impact across product, digital, and social channels, overseeing a Graphic Designer and a Creative Strategist to ensure all output aligns with brand standards, supports marketing goals, and delivers measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams on everything from product labels and catalogs to social commerce and digital campaigns.
We’re looking for a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution—someone energized by collaboration, driven by curiosity, and passionate about elevating the customer experience through strategic, impactful design. You balance consistency with innovation, lead with empathy, and communicate with clarity.
