Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or creative direction within the game development industry.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, gaming trends, and target audience preferences.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into brand strategies and creative concepts.
  • Knowledge of brand management principles and best practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing/brand campaigns from strategic creation to final delivery.
  • Experience in creating creative concepts across a variety of mediums.
  • Experience working with briefs and stakeholders to create fresh ideas.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative work across various mediums, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and consumer engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Very good command of English.
