Creative Marketing Lead (f/m/d)
We are seeking a Creative Lead to drive the creation and strategy of impactful user acquisition and marketing assets for our mobile gaming portfolio. You will oversee a talented team of playable ad developers, motion designers, and artists. In collaboration with user acquisition experts, you will shape and execute data-driven creative strategies, leveraging performance insights and market trends to produce engaging ads that captivate global audiences.
This role requires a balance of creative vision, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to elevate the quality of marketing assets continually.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing or performance creative role.
  • Proven experience leading a creative team of 3+ members, including motion designers, playable ad developers, and 2D/3D artists; experience managing external freelancers and creative agencies is a plus.
  • Expertise in overseeing the entire creative production process, from analysis and ideation to final execution, across multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in market research, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee creative production from analysis and ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with user acquisition strategies and business goals.
  • Lead and manage an advertising team of creative professionals, fostering talent growth through recruitment, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Effectively manage relationships with freelancers and external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality deliverables.
  • Analyze the performance of creative campaigns and assets, using data to refine strategies and improve KPIs.
  • Drive the development of new creative concepts and approaches. Generate innovative ideas and solutions, with a strong understanding of current mobile game marketing trends and a passion for games and creative design
  • Collaborate with the user acquisition, ASO and product teams.
