Part of Petter Stordalen’s Nordic Hotels & Resorts, At Six is a contemporary art and design hotel that redefines luxury with 343 rooms, multiple dining experiences, and 3000m² of flexible event space. WHO YOU ARE & DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content creation, with the ability to execute engaging campaigns that resonate with our audience.

  • Proven experience (5 years) in marketing leadership, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or pop culture industries.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling, results-driven campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills in Swedish and English, adaptable for different audiences and platforms.
  • High competence in content creation, including graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite), photography, and video editing.
  • Experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media trends, performance analytics, and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in photo/image editing and the ability to maintain brand consistency in visual storytelling.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaborations.
  • A passion for art, culture, and hospitality, with a finger on the pulse of industry trends and emerging movements.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic marketing department alongside a Marketing Coordinator and an Event Creator, ensuring that every campaign, activation, and piece of content reflects the spirit of At Six. Reporting to the General Manager and being part of the hotel’s management team, you will craft and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement, revenue, and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop & Implement Strategy: Create innovative marketing plans that align with At Six’s brand book, vision, and commercial objectives.
  • Brand Activations & Events: Conceptualize and execute experiential activations, partnerships, and cultural events that position At Six as a destination for cosmopolitan minds.
  • Digital Presence & Content Creation: Manage our digital platforms, ensuring content is visually striking, engaging, and in line with our confident, intimate, and playful tone of voice.
  • PR & Media Relations: Foster relationships with influencers, journalists, and media to elevate brand awareness.
  • Performance & Budgeting: Oversee marketing budgets, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team to track KPIs and enhance results, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
