Description Summary: The Creative Manager leads Pavati’s in-house creative team while bridging strategy and execution across all visual and digital brand touchpoints. This role balances hands-on design expertise with team leadership, guiding workflows, print and digital production, social media, and campaign direction. The ideal candidate has evolved from a designer or creative producer into a leader who can inspire a team, maintain brand excellence, and ensure every project reflects Pavati’s luxury and innovative identity. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house creative team while coordinating with offsite designers, photographers, and service providers. Set priorities, assign tasks, and maintain accountability to achieve brand and project goals. Oversee print production and maintain accurate inventory of vinyl and other materials for brand applications. Guide the creative process from concept to completion, balancing hands-on design with high-level oversight. Direct social media content and campaigns to ensure visual consistency, innovative storytelling, and audience engagement. Oversee email marketing creative, including Mailchimp campaign design, segmentation, automation, and audience growth. Manage WordPress content, imagery, and updates to maintain a visually consistent and high-impact web presence. Organize creative workflows using Monday.com to ensure efficient task prioritization and cross-department transparency. Ensure all internal and external creative output aligns with Pavati’s brand standards and aesthetic. Monitor visual and cultural trends within the marine, luxury, and lifestyle markets to identify new creative opportunities. Requirements Qualifications: Advanced understanding of creative production pipelines for both digital and print. Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for hands-on design work. Proficient in WordPress, Mailchimp, and Monday.com. Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, graphic design, illustration, and photographic composition. Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with the ability to balance leadership and hands-on execution. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while driving innovation and creative excellence.
