REQUIREMENTS

We believe brilliant marketers come from diverse experiences, and not every CV tells the same story. For this role, we’re especially excited by two types of background:

  • Creative Marketing Professionals: Individuals with 2+ years of experience in creative marketing (including designers with performance marketing experience) within a fast-growing B2C company or agency.
  • Content Creators: Creators with hands-on experience in producing viral content and growing Instagram/TikTok accounts in the US market, who are eager to deepen their expertise in app marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategies.

Whichever path you’ve taken, some skills are essential for everyone, while others depend on whether you’re a creative marketer or content creator:

  • A solid understanding of paid user acquisition principles and KPIs
  • In-depth knowledge of the steps required in creative development processes
  • A proven track record of finding and scaling creative successes in paid acquisition campaigns
  • A creative mind that can devise unique conceptual ideas to pitch our product
  • Experience writing ad copy that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to spot and adapt trends to shape creative direction
  • The ability to quickly understand target audiences and translate insights, platform trends, and data into clear, actionable creative briefs
  • A valid UK or European passport or working permit (no sponsorship requirements)

At Paired, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to turn that curiosity into performance-driven ad creatives. You’ll research competitors, analyse trends, and translate insights into ad briefs that resonate with our core target audience across different channels. Working alongside our Performance and Design teams, you’ll craft high-quality campaigns that drive user acquisition on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
