Support the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and generate qualified leads. Assist in ensuring cohesive messaging and creative alignment across channels while leveraging audience insights and analytics to optimize performance and maximize impact. Oversee the development of compelling visual and written content for advertising, social media, email marketing, website, and other touchpoints. Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all internal and external communications, materials, and experiences. Lead and manage creative processes, including brief development, design reviews, and final delivery. Work with internal teams and external creative agencies as required. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand, marketing, SoMe community and creative strategy. Partner with product, sales, integrated marketing, performance marketing, regional marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all customer touchpoints. Plan, maintain, and optimise the social media editorial calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Write, adapt, and quality-check copy (grammar, orthography, tone) to ensure active, brand-aligned language Monitor, manage, and engage with organic/paid interactions; respond in brand-consistent tone Track SoMe KPIs (reach, engagement, share of voice, conversions, video views), prepare reports and suggest optimisations Contribute to the social media strategy, define measurable KPIs, and ensure goal alignment Set up, manage, and own Emplifi , implement governance processes, secure brand guardianship Prepare and deliver trainings, workshops, and performance updates to colleagues and stakeholders These skills distinguish you Bachelor’s or master’s degree in advertising, media, communiactions, linguistics (German or English focus), or a comparable field Minimum of 3+ years of experience in brand management, communications, digital marketing, social media, or a related role, preferably in the B2B or workwear/industrial products sector Expertise in developing and executing brand strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns Experience collaborating with creative agencies, designers, marketing and production teams. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and KPIs (LinkedIn, FB, IG, YT) Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with an eye for storytelling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with native fluency in German and full proficiency in British English. Analytical mindset: ability to evaluate KPIs and provide actionable insights Tool competence: experience with social media management tools (Emplifi preferred) Presentation and training facilitation for onboarding and governance Sounds interesting?
