Your role involves a range of creative marketing tasks tailored to the convenience retail sector, including graphic design, social media management, and campaign planning. You will be responsible for producing engaging visual content for retail clients, managing their social media accounts, developing strategies to drive customer engagement both online and in-store, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
You will also be responsible for managing your own client relationships, acting as the main point of contact, understanding their needs, and delivering marketing support that aligns with their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity for a portfolio of retail clients, ensuring consistent posting and brand alignment.
  • Design and produce creative content, including social media graphics, short-form videos, and in-store marketing assets.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media captions, adverts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, plan their marketing activity, and provide regular updates.
  • Stay on top of client promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to ensure content is delivered and published on schedule.
  • Analyse campaign performance and social media engagement, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure best practice across all accounts.
