We help partners scale their businesses by simplifying billing, reconciliation, renewals, and self-service experiences. We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and digital execution to bring our campaigns and product narratives to life. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Work 365 is perceived across our website, social channels, events, and partner community. Requirements • Design & Content Creation o Create visually engaging assets (social graphics, infographics, campaign visuals, landing page elements, decks, short videos). o Support event branding and booth creatives (banners, handouts, digital backdrops). o Collaborate with content writers to transform ideas into high-impact visuals. • Digital Storytelling & Campaign Support o Translate campaign themes (e.g., “Work 365 is for Everyone”) into creative assets that resonate with Microsoft partners. o Help maintain a consistent brand identity across channels, from the website to newsletters to event materials. o Experiment with formats like short-form videos, memes, and characterdriven storytelling (e.g., Marge, Renewal Hero). • Collaboration & Execution o Work closely with the marketing team (CMO, Product Marketing, SDRs, Content, and Designers) to deliver creatives for ABM, outbound campaigns, and events. o Partner with product and customer success teams to visualize product features and customer stories. o Manage multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines without compromising creativity. Job Skills: • Creative Skillset o Strong design sense with proficiency in digital and visual storytelling. o Comfortable producing social media graphics, slide decks, videos, and short animations. o Ability to take technical/product content and make it visually simple and compelling. • Tooling & Experience o Hands-on experience with: HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite. o Familiarity with LinkedIn campaign creatives and social media platforms. • Mindset o Bold, witty, and unafraid to try new creative formats that stand out in the CSP/MSP space. o Attention to detail while balancing speed of execution. o Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS/tech environment. • Nice-to-Have o Experience working with SaaS, B2B software, or Microsoft ecosystem audiences. o Copywriting or video-editing skills.
