We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist who is a visionary with a keen eye for aesthetic design and meticulous attention to detail. This role is perfect for someone artistic, proactive, and skilled at working collaboratively within a team environment. As a vital part of our marketing efforts, this individual will partner closely with our graphic designer and marketing director to bring campaigns and content to life. Bonus points if they possess additional skills in writing, photography, or videography.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in creative marketing, styling, or a related role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and campaign execution.
• Proficiency in creating mood boards and managing brand visuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong attention to detail and developed aesthetic sense.
• Verbally proficient in English and French (priority in English)
• Great English writing skills
• A sense of autonomy; you’re not scared to take initiative.
• You’re keen to work as part of a small, growing team and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

• Campaign Development: Research and create visual inspiration/mood boards for campaigns, including ads, awareness efforts, and mailouts.
• Email Marketing: Review existing Klaviyo flows, research visual and content inspiration, and propose improvements for current and future email strategies.
• Marketing Strategies: Assist in developing marketing strategies by identifying themes and topics relevant to our target audience.
• Content & Promo Planning: Aid in planning calendars for content, promotions, ads, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
• Creative Ideation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions on how to elevate the brand’s growth, marketing, notoriety, and fan base.
• Social Media:
• Develop and contribute to a social media content calendar that fulfills the company’s brand vision and business objectives.
• Plan and curate visuals for social media platforms, maintaining a cohesive and on-brand aesthetic.
• Shoot Coordination:
• Research and select locations for photoshoots.
• Develop a detailed shoot list and manage staging, props, and styling.
• Coordinate on-site logistics to ensure a seamless execution.
• Brand Evolution: Continuously review and suggest improvements to the brand’s visual identity and storytelling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the graphic designer/digital marketing specialist and Marketing Director to align visuals with overall strategy.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
