Creative Media & Design Specialist (Freelance)
Our medical device client is seeking a talented Creative Media & Design Specialist to join our Cardiovascular (CV) Creative & Digital Center of Excellence. This freelance role is based onsite in Mounds View, MN, requiring presence three days per week during core hours of 9am-4pm.
As a key creative contributor, you will develop compelling, brand-aligned multimedia content across print, digital, and social channels to support the CV portfolio marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with art directors and marketing partners to produce visually engaging materials that effectively communicate to diverse audiences throughout the buying cycle.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advertising agency or internal creative team environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects for video and motion graphics.
• Strong visual design skills encompassing layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with HTML/CSS coding basics.
• Background in medical device or regulated healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront and cloud platforms like SharePoint or OneDrive.

• Participating in brainstorming sessions and cross-functional meetings to align creative output with strategic goals.

• Organizing and archiving design files and assets for efficient workflow management.
